At the helm of The Self Centre is creator and director Jan Kinder, a registered nurse and certificated music therapist, renowned mind/body expert, and educator for Dr. Deepak Chopra. Kinder and her staff educate guests in methods for quieting the mind, deep relaxation and stress relief. 

Sessions on meditation, yoga, guided imagery and much more are designed to enhance individual well being. Proven mind/body techniques are taught in a way that encourages participants to utilize them at home in order derive long-term benefits.
